text2part is a small, solo-operated tool offered in good faith. These terms are short and honest — this is not an enterprise contract.
Service provided "as is"
The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind — no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated geometry may be wrong; always review a model before you print, machine, or otherwise rely on it. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to build anything intended to cause harm.
- Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the limits and safeguards of the service.
- Don't abuse the free tier — for example, by scripting it to exhaust the shared budget.
Your geometry is yours
The CAD code and models you generate are yours. The operator claims no ownership over your outputs. You are responsible for how you use them.
Your provider key
If you bring your own LLM key, you are responsible for its use and any costs your provider charges. See the Privacy Policy for how the key is stored.
Changes
These terms may change as the tool evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
